The content here, including text, images, and the Howdy Hound name and marks, belongs to us and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

Prices and availability can change, and an item may sell out before an order is confirmed. We accept orders at our discretion and may decline or cancel one, for example if a product is mispriced or unavailable.

• Your order is an offer to buy; it is accepted when we confirm and fulfill it.
• Fresh food is perishable and is sold subject to our happy tails guarantee.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is delivered or picked up.

Local delivery and returns work as described on our delivery and returns page. Free same-day local delivery applies in our Austin service area on qualifying orders, and unopened items may be returned within thirty days for a full refund.

If your pet will not eat a food, we will help you find something they love or refund it, even if the bag is open, subject to reasonable use. The guarantee covers food we sold you and does not cover loss, theft, or damage from misuse.

The site and its content are provided as is. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Howdy Hound, LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under applicable law.
