Free same-day local delivery in Austin, curbside pickup, and a guarantee that keeps tails wagging. Here is exactly how it works.

Local delivery

We offer free same-day local delivery across central Austin on orders over $39. Place your order by 2pm and we will get it to your door the same day.

Under $39, a small flat fee applies, shown at checkout before you confirm. Enter your address to check you are in our delivery zone.

Curbside pickup

Prefer to swing by? Curbside pickup at our South Congress shop is always free. We will have your order bagged and ready, usually within the hour.

The happy tails guarantee

If your pet turns up their nose at a food, bring it back, even opened, and we will help you find something they love or refund it. We would rather get it right than make a sale you regret.

Unopened items can be returned within thirty days for a full refund with your receipt or order number.

Recurring delivery

Set up a delivery schedule for your pet's food so you never run out. Skip, pause, or change it any time, no strings attached.
